Extension in Essaouira

Unwind in a charming beach town

Do you want to extend your stay in Morocco? Why not stay a few days longer and unwind at the beach in the charming town of Essaouira? The former Portuguese fort offers a relaxed and artsy atmosphere. You can just relax after your Morocco roundtrip. There are many activities you could book in Essaouira if you'd like to be more active, like surfing classes, a visit to an argan oil farm, horse riding along the beach.. just ask us if you're interested!

Day 1 • Marrakesh - Essaouira

You bid farewell to Marrakesh, and arrive in the charming coastal town of Essaouira - surfing hotspot, home to a Portuguese fort and favourite retreat of Jimi Hendrix. Check in at the hotel and then embark on a fun tour of the city: See its bustling markets, explore the old Portuguese fortifications and visit some of the many art galleries located in the center. You will end your tour at the charming fishing port, where you can grab some freshly caught barbecue fish if you fancy! The rest of the day, you're free to relax or explore more of the city and it's surroundings.

Day 2 • Unwind at the beach or go on an adventure!

Today you're free to just chill out at the beach! If you want to learn to surf, or go horse riding, there are plenty of offers for activities. Let us know if you'd like advice!

Day 3 • Goodbye Morocco

If you'd like to stay and relax (or practice your new surf skills) some extra nights, get in touch with us for quotes!

Otherwise its time to say goodbye to Essaouira. Head to Marrakesh airport. With lots of amazing memories and perhaps some sand in your suitcase, you depart on your way home.
