Choose the fare that suits you
When booking your next adventure with us, you have the option to chose between two different fare types:
The Classic Tariff is our affordable option. You can use it to rebook for a small fee or get 80% of your travel price refunded up to 65 days before departure.
Flexi tariff for additional flexibility. With Flexi you can rebook or cancel the trip free of charge up to 65 days before departure. You also have the option of inexpensively rebooking and a refund of 90% of the travel price up to 45 days before departure.

CLASSIC: Our value fare
Rebookings are possible up to 65 days before your departure for a small fee. This increases to €100 per person up to 30 days before your departure. After that, the cancellation conditions of the Classic tariff apply.
If you cancel up to 65 days before your departure, you will receive 80% of the travel price back. The closer you get to your departure, the smaller the refund will be.

Our refund promise: If you need to cancel your trip, we will refund you the entire cost, no questions asked, up to 65 days before your departure. We will even refund you a full 90% of the travel price up to 30 days before your departure.
Which destinations and trips is the FLEXI fare valid for?
Flexi is valid for all destinations and trips that we offer.
We are traveling together but want to book different fares. Is this possible?
If passengers want to book different fares, they must make a separate reservation for each traveler. To share a room, both travelers should choose the option “half double room”. Our Travel Specialists will make sure that passengers are assigned a room together after the reservation is made.
I made a reservation, but now want a different fare type. Can I change it?
Changing fares is possible with an unconfirmed reservation. We cannot change fares for confirmed reservations.
I want to make a reservation for economy+ or business class seats (i.e. not the default economy class in international flights for the standard trip, if included). Can I book in FLEXI fare?
Bookings in a different class, even if with the same airline or standard group flights (both outbound and inbound), are not eligible for Flexi fare and must be booked as Classic.
Can I still book in Flexi fare if I book excursions that take place before, during, or after my trip?
Yes, other activities or excursions can be added to the itinerary in the flexi fare.
What happens if I want to book additional excursions after I made a reservation?
Yes, other activities or excursions can be added to the itinerary in the Flexi fare as well as Classic fare after booking.
It is now between 64 and 30 days before my trip, and I need to rebook my FLEXI reservation. What do I need to do?
We will happily process a rebooking against a small fee of EUR 50 per PAX.
It is now between 64 and 30 days before my trip, and I need to rebook my Flexi reservation. However, my reservation includes an additional excursion during the trip that also includes local/regional flights. What do I need to do?
We will happily process a rebooking against a small fee of EUR 50 per PAX. In addition, we will charge an additional flat EUR 50 fee per PAX for rebooking the local/regional flights for excursions.
What happens if my trip can’t go ahead?
Whether passengers booked in the Classic fare or the Flexi fare, we will reimburse the full amount of the down payment if we can’t reach the minimum number of people for the trip to go ahead.
I will book my international flights myself. Can I still make a reservation in the Flexi fare?
Yes, we gladly accept reservations in the Flexi fare if no international flights are needed.
