Can I still book in Flexi fare if I book excursions that take place before, during, or after my trip?

Yes, other activities or excursions can be added to the itinerary in the flexi fare.

What happens if my trip can’t go ahead?

Whether passengers booked in the Classic fare or the Flexi fare, we will reimburse the full amount of the down payment if we can’t reach the minimum number of people for the trip to go ahead.

I will book my international flights myself. Can I still make a reservation in the Flexi fare?

Yes, we gladly accept reservations in the Flexi fare if no international flights are needed.


Do I have to be vaccinated to travel with Indico Travels?

We currently require our customers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is to ensure the safety of our customers, as well as our staff on the ground. Being fully vaccinated means having received two shots of a WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine, the second one having been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. We currently don't accept travellers who aren't vaccinated. Bookings of customers who fail to produce proof of vaccination will be cancelled as per our terms and conditions.
