Does Morocco use the same plugs as Europe?
In Morocco, the power plugs and sockets are of type C and E. Therefore, if you’re from the EU, it’s likely that your current plugs will be compatible. Type F plugs are identical to type E plugs, so they can be used with type E sockets.The main voltage in Morocco is 220 volts and the frequency is 50 Hz.
Plug type C can be characterized as more of an oval shape, with two holes. Type E however is round, with two holes and an earth pin underneath.
